Healthy Choc Granola

Welcome back beauties, today I wanted to share with you a recipe that I am obsessed with, a healthy choc granola.

I think I love this so much because it is useful for so many meals! I have it for breakfast, as a snack and even as a dessert.

I get the majority of my ingredients from Aldi, they come in easy to grab and go packets that tend to last two to three batches.

Here's how to make it:

Ingredients

(feel free to change it up with what's in your cupboard, most weeks I'll switch around some of the nuts)

- 1 Cup Oats

- 1/2 Cup Almond Meal or Vanilla protein powder

- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

- 1/2 Cup Pecans

- 1/2 Cup Almond Slivers

- 1 Cup Coconut

- 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds

- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder

- 1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt

- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

- Drizzle of Honey

- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

Method:

1: Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius

2: Add in all dry ingredients to bowl and combine (leave out the dried cranberries)

3: Add in wet ingredients and combine (leave out the honey)

4: Place some baking paper on a tray and spread out the mixture into an even layer

5: Run the honey up and down the mixture - this helps it to form clusters once baked

6: Place in oven for 15 – 20 minutes (my go-to that it is ready is when you can smell it! Honestly, works every time)

7: Remove from oven and let cool, add the dried cranberries on top at this point

8: Break up and store in an airtight container
